Application Tips: 

Apply either around the lower lashes, above the upper lashes or all over the eyelid as a base for the Eye shadows. Apply Elusyion Pure Mineral Eye shadow over the top of your Elusyion Eye Liner it will pull out the pigments of the shadow to give you a dramatic effect.
