Processing of your Order:
Full payment for purchases must be received by Earthy Essences before shipping is processed.
Please remember we are a boutique company which is why you love our service. This also means we are human and have human time constraints. We endeavour to provide you with a speedy shipping service. Orders are posted Mondays and Fridays, including Express Orders i.e. an Express Order placed on a Wednesday will be posted on a Friday; an order placed on a Friday will be posted on a Monday. We thank you for your patience if an item is temporarily out of stock.
Nation Wide Orders: Earthy Essences is dependent on Australia Post’s delivery schedule and we advise ordering with plenty of time up your sleeve.
Any purchases made within Australia will be shipped within 1–7 working days from the date of purchase via Australia Post. Customers within Australia will be charged a proportional Australia Post rate according to the weight of their purchase and destination, which will be calculated and displayed during the check out process. Customers can choose between standard and express shipping, with or without insurance.
International Orders: We are happy to ship internationally and all orders are packaged carefully and then posted via the Australian Postal Service and for your protection will be registered to ensure safe delivery of your order!
How to place an order: The easiest way to place an order for our products is via the shopping cart service provided. We offer the flexibility of payment through pay pal , Credit Card or Direct Debit. Once we receive payment, your order will be shipped.
Additions or Changes to your Order: We would like to advise that once your order is processed we are unable to make change or add additional items to your order. Therefore a separate order would need to be created which would attract new postal charges.
Back Ordered Products: Because our products are handmade and stock levels fluctuate according to orders received, occasionally you may receive your order and an item is missing. The letters B/O will be written next to the item on the invoice; this indicates the item is on Back Order. Back Ordered products ship as soon as they are available, with no extra shipping charges to you. We appreciate your patience.

All of our products are handmade fresh to order. We take pride in our products and ensure that everything is measured, stirred, blended and packaged with meticulous care in a clean, chemical free environment to maintain the high standard of our products. If for any reason you feel that your product is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as your receive your order.

Whilst allergic reactions are very rare, Earthy Essences cannot be responsible for allergies or ailments from our products, if any. Therefore, we recommend that you do a “patch test” of our products upon receipt of your order. If you experience any irritation or redness discontinue use immediately!
