Processing of your Order: Orders placed before midday are processed  and sent the same day. All  orders placed after 12pm on any given day will be processed and posted the next day. A tracking number is provided to you for your reference once shipped

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of reciept

Please allow up to a maximum of 3-5 days for your parcel to arrive.  If you have not received you product after this time, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.

Nation Wide Orders: All orders are packaged carefully and shipped to you via E Parcel through Australia Post. All parcels are delivered to your door for security and promptness.

International Orders: We are happy to ship internationally and all orders are packaged carefully and then posted via the Australian Postal Service and for your protection will be registered to ensure safe delivery of your order!

How to place an order: The easiest way to place an order for our products is via the shopping cart service provided.  We offer the flexibility of payment through Australian Money Order, Credit Card or Direct Debit.   Once we receive payment, your order will be shipped.

Additions or Changes to your Order: We would like to advise that once your order is processed we are unable to make change or add additional items to your order. Therefore a separate order would need to be created which would attract new postal charges.

Back Ordered Products: Because our products are handmade and stock levels fluctuate according to orders received, occasionally you may receive your order and an item is missing. The letters B/O will be written next to the item on the invoice; this indicates the item is on Back Order. Back Ordered products ship as soon as they are available, with no extra shipping charges to you. We appreciate your patience.

Quality of Earthy Essences Products:All of our products are handmade fresh to order.  We take pride in our products and ensure that everything is measured, stirred, blended and packaged with meticulous care in a clean, chemical free environment to maintain the high standard of our products.  If for any reason you feel that your product is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as your receive your order.

Whilst allergic reactions are very rare, Earthy Essences cannot be responsible for allergies or ailments from our products, if any. Therefore, we recommend that you do a “patch test” of our products upon receipt of your order.   If you experience any irritation or redness discontinue use immediately!
